Advance Payment:
A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure your booking. Please understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays; we appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Accessories:
Clients are requested to bring their own hair accessories such as artificial or natural flowers.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation by the client, the advance payment is non-refundable. However, if cancellation is made within a reasonable timeframe, the advance payment may be transferred to a future booking subject to availability.All disputes shall be subject to the Chhatarpur jurisdiction.

Client Responsibilities:

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding preferences, skin type, allergies, etc.

Liabilities:

While every effort is made to ensure client satisfaction, the salon cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin conditions, or other adverse effects arising from the use of makeup products.

Photography:

We reserve the right to take photographs of the makeup application for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Wedding shoot photography sessions are limited to 10 minutes. Additional photography time may be arranged at an extra cost, unless otherwise requested by the client.
